TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration Fees
- All registrations must be registered online
- The maximum number of papers is two for full member registration, and one paper for a student member registration.
- All participants are required to make full payment (in Singapore Dollars) before you are allowed to enter the conference hall.
- Registration fee includes a credit card bank administrative fee.
- Payment by telegraphic transfer / WIRED to add SGD50.00 bank transaction fee to the final amount before payment is made.
- Full-day registration includes two (2) tea breaks and one (1) lunch and entry to the exhibition hall.
- Short Courses /Workshops (on 10 December 2019 only) full-day registration includes two (2) tea breaks no entry to the exhibition hall.
- Short Courses /Workshops (on 10 December 2019 only) half-day registration includes one (1) tea break no entry to the exhibition hall.
- # Please write to the Conference Secretariat at admin@apmc2019.org if you would like to change from any of the half-day to a full-day Short Courses/Workshops you had registered and payment made.
- All authors need to register and payment must be made by 01 October 2019, Tuesday in order to have their papers included in the proceedings.

Confirmation of Registration
- Once payment has been cleared, you will receive a confirmation via email.
- Please include and state your email address clearly during the registration process.
- To expedite the collection process on site, please bring along your registration confirmation letter to the registration counters the Foyer of the Ballroom as proof of your payment and registration.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Authors: There will be no refund for registration withdrawal/cancellation
- Non- Authors: Any cancellations and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat by 11 November 2019, Monday, Refunds, less 50% of the paid registration fee and bank administrative fee will be made within two months after the Conference and no refunds will be made for cancellations received after 11 November 2019, Monday.
