Biography
Prof Wenxi Zhang is the director of the eleventh department of Aerospace Information research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His technical title is research fellow(professor). He is doctoral supervisor of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2003, and his master's degree and doctor's degree from the University of Chinese Academy of S ciences in 2006 and 2014 respectively. He is an expert in nearly 10 national special fields including national measurement instruments, major scientific instruments of the Ministry of Science and Technology, smart sensors projects, gravitational wave proje cts and special investigations. He has undertaken more than 20 national projects as the project leader. He presided over the development of twenty - one type optical precision measurement instruments, breaking the situation that high - precision surface shape measurement interferometer and high - end laser vibrometer mainly rely on imports. He has made a good foundation and engineering experience in the research of optical precision measurement technology.
