Registration Fees (Opens on Saturday, 15 July 2023)

1. Fees

2. How to Register (Opens Saturday, 15 July 2023)

   • You must create your user account before submitting an abstract and registering for the conference.
   • You may make your payment after your abstract is accepted.
   • Click “Registration” on the menu bar to register and pay fees if you are not submitting an abstract.

   2.1	Registration confirmation is subject to full payment being received by the bank. Upon full payment, a confirmation will be sent via email to your registered email account. Payment by interbank transfer, local cheque, telegraphic transfer/WIRED, and registration confirmation will be sent via email upon clearance by the bank.
   2.2	Authors/Presenters Authors with accepted abstracts must register their meeting attendance by Saturday, 30 September 2023. Each registration covers TWO presentations only. By default, the registrant is deemed to be the presenter. This can only be the author or a co-author of the abstract. Abstracts whose authors do not register to attend the meeting risk being withdrawn. At the time of registration, the ID of the abstracts to be presented must be provided.
   2.3	Member Registration Members of the following societies: the Optics and Photonics Society of Singapore (OPSS), the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering (CSOE) and the Optical Society of Japan (OSJ) are required to upload a copy of their membership card or a letter during the registration process for verification purposes. The proof document must be in English and clearly state the name, membership number and validation date. Failure to provide any of the above proof documents registration fees will be charged at the full rate.
   2.4	Student Registration Students are required to upload a scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process. The proof document must be in English and contain minimally the following information: Student full name. Student matriculation number (student ID with photo). Expiration date (Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date). Letter issued and signed by the University Department head and written on the University's letterhead. The registration fee does not include Conference Dinner.
   2.5	* Delegate Rate This rate only applies to those not submitting any abstract/paper or one of the team members of the submitted abstracts/papers. The registration fee does not include Conference Dinner.

3. Payment Methods
   Ace: Daytons Direct (International) Pte Ltd is the conference secretariat, and all payments are to be made to the bank account as shown below.  

   3.1

   Pay Online by Paypal Accepted Credit Cards: MasterCard / Visa/ UnionPay / Diners Club / American Express (AMEX). Payment by credit card will be subject to an additional 5% bank administrative fee.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.

   3.2

   Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or WIRED/local cheque/local interbank transfer: Please refer to the invoice before you make any payment. All charges & taxes will be included in the invoice. Please indicate the registrant's name on the back of the local cheque before sending it to the icOPEN 2023 Conference Secretariat. Please indicate the registrant's name on the front of the Telegraphic Transfer (WIRED) advice after payment. Email the advice to secretariat@icopen.org or mail the advice to the icOPEN 2023 Conference Secretariat. The address can be found at the bottom of this page. There is no administrative fee for local interbank bank transfers; please send the proof of payment with your bank account numbers erased before emailing it to the Conference Secretariat. It’s the responsibility of the attendee/payee to include the administrative fee of SGD80.00 in the total amount before activating the telegraphic transfer (overseas). Full payment must be made by Thursday, 19 October 2023, for all overseas transfers. Cancellation / Withdrawal / Refund Policy It is applicable to any purchases, including conference registration, optional items, etc. 4.1 There will be strictly no refund of the registration fee for withdrawal/cancellation by authors. A substitute may be allowed provided such a request and particulars of the substitute are received by the Secretariat Office before Thursday, 19 October 2023, in writing.   4.2 For NON-AUTHORS, no refund for notice received after Thursday, 19 October 2023. For notice of refund received before Thursday, 19 October 2023, an administration fee of SGD80.00 will be deducted from the refund amount.
