Education and Position:

2016-2019, Osaka University, Department of Precision Science and Technology, Ph.D. of Engineering.

2019–2022, RIKEN SPring-8 Center, XFEL Beam Line Development Team, RIKEN Special Postdoctoral Researcher.

2022–present, Center for Precision Engineering, Department of Precision Engineering, Osaka University, Assistant Professor.

(Concurrent) RIKEN SPring-8 Center, SACLA Beam Line Research and Development Group, Visiting scientist.

Scientific Interests:

• X-ray optics, X-ray mirrors
• X-ray imaging techniques including full-field, scanning, and lens-less type methods
•  X-ray nanofocusing and X-ray nanoprobe application
• XFEL experiments combining nanofocusing techniques
• Fabrication and characterization of mirror shapes with ultraprecision accuracy
• X-ray focus characterization, especially wavefront sensing based on grating-interferometer and ptychographic probe reconstruction
