2022–present, Center for Precision Engineering, Department of Precision Engineering, Osaka University, Assistant Professor.
(Concurrent) RIKEN SPring-8 Center, SACLA Beam Line Research and Development Group, Visiting scientist.
Scientific Interests:
- X-ray optics, X-ray mirrors
- X-ray imaging techniques including full-field, scanning, and lens-less type methods
- X-ray nanofocusing and X-ray nanoprobe application
- XFEL experiments combining nanofocusing techniques
- Fabrication and characterization of mirror shapes with ultraprecision accuracy
- X-ray focus characterization, especially wavefront sensing based on grating-interferometer and ptychographic probe reconstruction
