Biography
Qinwei MA, Ph.D., associate professor of the department of mechanics, school of aerospace engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT). He got his Ph.D. degree of solid mechanics from BIT in 2014 and currently is the director of the Mechanics Experimental Center of Beijing Institute of Technology. He has been devoted to the research of advanced videometrics   method, instruments and their engineering applications for a long time. The detection methods, techniques and instruments developed by him have been applied to major projects such as large-scale deployable space and architecture structures. He has presided over more than 5 national scientific research projects and published more than 40 academic papers. He is a member of the youth editorial of the modern applied physics journal and the reviewer of several international journals in optics and measurements.
