Sponsorship

The Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The following Terms and Conditions apply to ALL Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages:

1. Booking Confirmation & Delivery of Benefits

• All prices listed in this document are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are nett.
• Applications are not considered until receipt of Sponsorship Booking Form by the MSPTM 2020 Conference Secretariat.
• Acceptance of Sponsorship Booking Form is subjected to the Organising Committee’s final approval. Please note that the Organising Committee reserves the right to decline any application.
• Sponsorship Booking Forms received after 1 Feb 2020 must be accompanied with full payment.
• The MSPTM 2020 Conference Secretariat will take the upmost care to fulfill all listed benefits.
• The sponsor is responsible for any displays and banners supplied and erected at the Conference and must coordinate with the MSPTM 2020 Conference Secretariat prior to the event.
• Inclusion in the Conference printing materials will be forfeited if sponsorship is not paid and has not been received prior to printing deadlines. Refund request shall not be entertained.
• Sponsors are responsible for the security of their own equipment and materials whilst at the Conference.
• Exhibition table top will be allocated by the MSPTM 2020 Organising Committee.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 50% refund is eligible for cancellation request being received by MSPTM 2020 Conference Secretariat in writing before 31 Jan 2020.
• Any Cancellations received by MSPTM 2020 Conference Secretariat on or after 31 Jan 2020 forfeits 100% of their deposit.
