TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • How to Register
    • All participants are to log in to the conference website: https://www.ichmm2019.com to register.
    • Full payment must be received by Thursday, 31 October 2019 in order for the Early Bird Registration Fee to be applicable.
    • * Residents / Nurses / Allied Health / Paramedics, EMTs registrants must produce documentary evidence of their employment status as designated at time of registration
    • ** Students (Medical / Nursing / Allied Health / Tertiary) / National Servicemen must produce documentary evidence of their status at time of registration
       
  • Registration Fees
    • All participants are required to pay the full Registration Fee (in Singapore Dollars) inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST currently at 7%) and the bank transaction/administrative charge as stated and will be entitled to the following:
    • Main Conference Only
      • Name badge and satchel
      • Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition hall.
      • Invitation to Opening Ceremony / Welcome Reception
      • Two tea breaks and one lunch per full-day conference
         
  • Registration and Payment Deadline
    • Deadline for Early Bird Registration and Payment : Thursday, 31 October 2019
    • Standard Registration starts from :  Friday, 1 November 2019
  • Confirmation of Registration
    • Once payment has been cleared, you will receive a confirmation via email. Please include your email address clearly in the registration form.
    • To expedite the collection process onsite, please bring along your registration confirmation letter to the registration counters located at the level 1 of The Academia as proof of your payment and registration.
      *Note: You can download the confirmation or printout your receipt/invoice from the registration portal by logging into your own portal with the USER ID and password you had created when you register for the conference.
       
  • Cancellations and Refunds
    • Any cancellation or request for refund must be submitted in writing to the 2nd ICHMM 2019 Conference Manager by Tuesday, 1 October 2019 for approval.
    • Refund amount = 50% of the grand total amount paid less bank transaction fee.
    • Refunds will only be made within two months after the 2nd ICHMM 2019 subject to the approval of the Organising Committee.
    • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Tuesday, 1 October 2019.
