Background: In recent years, the lack of a horizontal industry chain of the healthcare service industry causes isolated health data. This research helped people combine medical diagnosis and health data to form a complete health service value-added industry chain. Due to working pressure, lack of exercise, and abnormal lifestyle, the tendency of high blood pressure, high blood sugar, and high cholesterol has a younger trend. It has become the main healthcare issue. Therefore, in the IoT generation, it is necessary to build the Internet multiple services to fulfill the portability and integration of PHR. It connects the patient, hospital, and cloud three aspects: Healthcare Cloud service.

Methods: Healthcare Cloud is a platform where you can upload your healthcare information at home. This developed technical content includes hospital certificate exchange, certificate management module, PHR data exchange and transmission, signature verification, encryption, and decryption module. We can keep track of the index of three highs. The information helps clinical medical personnel understand the patient’s condition and integrate diagnosis immediately to reduce time and cost of treatment through integration of case management system and hospital medical information system.

Results: This research built a whole health service connection with the telecom service industry, which helped portability of health information, and it is available to mobilize the health information in different hospitals or medical institutions. It is feasible to consult health information providing by the hospital, such as inspection, examination, medication, and doctor’s general comment at the clinic. Collecting and uploading the physical information through the integration of AI and Big data allows acquiring the real-time operation and the difference of blood pressure and pulse pressure to carry out cardiovascular risk assessment analysis and diabetes risk index assessment. It helps control and keeps track of the index to lower the possibility of cardiovascular and risks of myocardial infarction and stroke.

Conclusion: Integrating the previous researches with big data technology helps medical providers to enhance efficiency and quality. Meanwhile, it reduces the waste of medical resources.
