Background: As the COVID-19 pandemic began to spread globally, many countries adopted quarantine as an epidemic prevention strategy while developing vaccines and medicine. During the epidemic, with precise indoor positioning to analyze social distancing and introduce the technology of epidemic prevention system to track the trail of COVID-19, which is easier to backtrack the employees immediately and find the high-risk infected person, which helps control epidemic condition with ease.

The main factor of cluster infection in the hospital is an unclear division of responsibility and accountability, which causes a higher possibility to spread the virus.

Method: The mode of operation is to provide a tag chip to every employee of the hospital. By extending the range of beacon and Mesh BLE location to complete a system of Internet of Things which is based on Lora. This device records the people contacted, contact time, and moving tracks. Ameliorate the locator as an epidemic prevention bracelet, the personnel of hospital wear this epidemic bracelet which will alarm and record ID and time if there is another bracelet within 15m indoor. Each bracelet can record information of contact history within two weeks. If someone is infected, connect the epidemic prevention bracelet with a computer and upload the record to the cloud epidemic prevention analysis system, which can filter out the result of 1st and 2nd possible infected list.

Result: Build the epidemic prevention analysis system to display the thermal image of the high-risk areas of the hospital can help provide the main disinfection operation. Through this analysis system, it is available to investigate the high-risk personnel for the epidemic. It can show the information of devices, contact history, and moving tracks within two weeks, which helps distinguish quarantined targets.

Conclusion: Before the indigenous spread of COVID-19, if we can use digital technology, such as AI and IoT, which can reduce the cases of COVID-19 and control the condition of the epidemic. The systematic arrangement can guarantee the safety and completeness of the health care system. Meanwhile, it helps decrease overloaded risk due to the explosion of demand for health care.
