Background: Stigma is a major barrier to health care access affected by tuberculosis (TB). Lowering stigma in community is essential to addressing health disparities. Objective: This study examined the correlation of health literacy tuberculosis and stigma. Methods: This study was survey study with cross sectional approach. 86 samples were collected in November 2019 in Semarang. Sample was taken by systematic random sampling based on house number as sampling frame. Face to face interview was performed to collect the data. Chi Square used to analyze the data. Results:  We found significant associations between health literacy tuberculosis and stigma (p:0,034).
