Objectives:E-Da Medical's E-Dachang Hospital operating room was officially used on March 13, 2017. The operation volume increased from an average of 120 units / month in 2017 to an average of 255 units / month in 2019. At present, the operating room is still priced by hand on paper. In addition to the time-consuming operation, there are problems such as the accuracy of the calculation. Therefore, using smart medical technology, the Barcode information system was introduced into the operating room and supply room of our hospital to automatically evaluate the operation. Improve the efficiency of surgical operations and material management, reduce the price of paper and respond to global carbon reduction policies.

Methods:Beginning in 2019, the Nursing Department will lead the operation room, supply room, and information department to launch a cross-hospital conference mode. Barcodes will be used to construct safe material information and personnel education to improve the operating room material management efficiency.

Results: After the introduction of information-based barcode management, the coverage rate of the used subjects was increased from 22% in October 2019 (the implementation of 2 subjects / 9 subjects in total) to 100% in December 2019 (9 subjects were fully expanded). The coverage rate of chemical health materials increased from 7.3% in October 2019 (the implementation of 37 health materials / the total number of 504 health materials projects) to 100% in December 2019 (the full implementation of 504 health materials). Abnormal, decreased from 37 in October 2019 to 26 in November, and the correct rate increased by 29.73%. In response to the global carbon reduction policy, the number of A4 papers used by each patient was improved by using a manual price list for the first 1 knife. Zhang (A4), only 1 (A4) after improvement, a drop of 75%.

Conclusion: The research results converted the manual pricing method into Barcode, which improves the complicated manual pricing of the nurses, reduces the error rate of the pricing, improves the correctness of the material management in the operating room and the supply room, and decreases the use of paper in response to global carbon reduction policies.
